You may return unopened items 30 days (from ship date) . Once the item has been used, we CANNOT accept it as return. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges. Delivery charges are nonrefundable. If the return is a result of our error you will receive a full refund. We want to see that you are satisfied with your order! Should you have any inquiries regarding your order, please e-mail us.
Clearance Items
All sales of clearance items are final. No exchange, refunds or returns will be accepted. If items are defective or broken upon receipt they will be replaced.

Western Wild Ginseng offers FREE Standard shipping on orders over $100. Western Wild Ginseng will according to; the shipping area ,and the size of package shall have the right to choose UPS or USPS to deliver our packages. Free shipping will take between 1 and 7 business days.
How do I calculate the shipping cost?
If your order does not qualify for “Free shipping”, Western Wild Ginseng will charge you the shipping costs for the packages according to the standard UPS or USPS shipping rate.
Do you deliver to all addresses?
Western Wild Ginseng distribution range covers all areas except where prohibited.

After placing my order ,how long will it take to receive my merchandise?
Once your order is placed, the items will be shipped by UPS or USPS in 1 – 7 business days. （ Except for Holidays ）
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before 12:00am CST are shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 am CST on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery times may be adjusted when orders contains items that are backordered or other special circumstances. The actual delivery times may vary according to the different delivery zones.
Western Wild Ginseng is not responsible for any delayed delivery due to major unforeseen and uncontrollable mishaps such as; natural disasters, traffic, martial law, war and other emergencies causing delayed delivery of parcels.
